We are very proud of Iris Alders’ artistic efforts as she is the winner of the Young Archibald prize in the 5-8 year old category for this year’s competition. There were over 140 applicants in her age group and Iris’ artwork titled ‘My Mummy’ was judged the best.
You can take a look at Iris’ artwork as well as other finalists from The Young Archibald 2018 at the Newcastle Art Gallery until the end of June. The exhibition also showcases finalists from the 2017 Archibald Prize. Definitely worth a look!
